I could not ask for better service or a better product delivered on time

We had a great experience with our order from Every USB. When I called to get pricing and ask a couple of questions, I received thorough clear answers and good advice when trying decide which type and how much memory I should order. Prices were quite reasonable and included everything - printing, setup, and shipping - so there weren't any surprises at the end. Uploading our artwork and files to be preloaded was easy. Communication about shipping time was great, with emails coming every couple of days with tracking updates. Our flash drives arrived in plenty of time, well packaged, and really nice quality. Thank you for the great service!

It is one thing to have a glitch with an order but it's another to have customer satisfaction as the number one goal of your company. Great to do business with such a company. Danny Smith does a great job insuring that the customer is totally taken care of.

I cannot complain at all about the customer service and the quality of USB data provided by Dan Smith. However, even though it was explained to me that the USB data price could fluctuate, it is a serious problem when you quote a client a price and the price then goes up once you have their approval. You cannot then tell your customer, guess what the price has gone up. Doesn't work that way. So bottom line, when the price did go up during the time frame from my quote to the client until their approval, I lost all of my margin and did the job basically for free. I cannot afford to operate that way. Very disappointing for a new customer to experience.
