You did not get 5 stars for three reasons: I was not 100% satisfied with the quality of the floor throughout all of the garage surfaces, 2. I was disappointed to have lost a valuable electrical outlet that I didn't know I was losing behind new cabinetry, and 3. I had to have my irrigation people come out and get the irrigation system working after moving it. Otherwise, I was pleased with the project.

Very professional. We feel all three men that worked on our garage did a great job. They answered all our questions and did the job over a period of two days. Then we waited 72 hours before moving anything heavy onto the floor.

Generally speaking we are very happy....I was concerned about some "overlap" lines. I asked Jason about them and he told me it was where the surfaces overlap. Again, it is very nice and we are pretty happy.

The product sales representative was responsive and informative. The installer was thorough and meticulous with the product. I’m looking forward to using my new floor for years to come.

The entire process from when I contacted Tony and Jason to the end of the project could not have gone better. We had some concerns about our budget before contacting Tony- but he worked hard, and did multiple designs to fit our budget, to make us feel comfortable and to ensure we would be happy with the end result! In the end- the project which require a large demo, and need a lot of work on the garage floor was seemless for these guys. They were able to deliver on the timeframe they laid out and we could not be more pleased with the end result. The floor is beautiful (we love the color Tony helped us pick) and we have plenty of storage. Post project Jason has been great helping us add additional product for our slatwall with zero haste at all! This is truly a full service operation who delivers a quality product, delivers on the timeframe they laid out, and has a professional crew who did a first class job! Thanks Encore!

I had Encore Garage install an epoxy floor and beautiful custom made cabinets in our 3 car garage. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. I first spoke with their General Manager Jason who provided a quick over the phone estimate. the owner Tony came out a few days later to measure the floor so they could provide an exact price for it. He also created a computer design for custom cabinets that we were able to tweak to fit our exact needs.. Everything turned out perfect. One of the cabinets had a very small flaw. Because they manufacture the cabinets in house, they were able to replace that cabinet a day later. Their installers, Dave and Matt were very professional too. I now have the garage we've always wanted. It may just be the nicest room in our house!

We've long had a desire to upgrade our garage, including an epoxy floor coating and replacing cabinets to better organize our garage and its' contents. We had very specific ideas in mind, and took care to obtain multiple quotes from local vendors. This process in and of itself helped greatly to clearly define our desired outcome upfront. We were open with each company, advising that we'd be obtaining competitor quotes and comparing all aspects. Through our many discussions with Tony, it became evident Encore Garage was the company with whom we wanted to partner. We had a budget to keep to, and Tony was able to match pricing offered by the company who was a very close second! We opted for custom cabinets, bike racks, slat walls and Encore's FLEXCore Garage Floor Coating. From initial quoting to project completion, everyone at Encore was an absolute pleasure to work with. Open, clear communication, flexibility and a willingness to please. We'd highly recommend Encore for your garage customization needs.

We are so pleased with the service and quality of work provided by Encore Garage. Our consultation and design was done by the owner, Tony, and he did a terrific job laying out exactly what we needed. The installers were on time and made sure everything was installed perfectly. We love the motorized bike lifts and the motorized overhead storage shelf. Everything was left clean when they were finished and follow up service was timely and professional. I highly recommend.

TRULY FANTASTIC!! It is rare for me to write an on-line review of any sort, and usually when praise is required for a “job well done” I would personally send a communiqué of commendation to one’s superior. However, in this case you can’t go above the president and owner of Encore Garage, Tony Scaletta. Tony was directly involved in the whole garage project for our new residence even prior to breaking ground. I write this review in the hopes that it will find any prospective customers well. For those interested in a garage that is out of this world either for a remodel or in my case new construction, I would only recommend Encore Garage. Regardless if your project entails just sealing and coating the garage floor (which came out beautiful) or going all out as I believe I did by adding cabinets with a built-in Flat Panel TV, built-in 36” Sub Zero freezer, floor to ceiling wall system and being in the Chicago suburbs, two (2) gas fired heaters it really makes the garage feel more like an addition to you house then a garage. After researching all local companies prior to going with Encore Garage including getting proposals with 3-D Cads, Encore Garage was by far the best of the lot not just for price but for overall concept. As a point of reference, I am currently retired but as a former COO of a national family law practice (285 personnel), proprietary software developer, and a provider of a proprietary network to one the nation’s largest creditors (7,000 network personnel), I know what it’s like to take pride in one’s work and truly appreciate when others do the same, which unfortunately is a rare commodity these days. Tony, and for that matter his whole team were exceptional. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who knows his craft and product inside and out, takes pride in his work, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone but Tony and Encore Garage for any project. Once the balance of the slat wall system is installed, and new flat panel LED lighting, I will post a follow-up with pictures. Bottom line is to go anywhere else would be a mistake in my opinion and so far, several of my friends just seeing the house for the first time have already contacted Tony for their home projects.

Tony and his Encore team knocked our garage project out of the park! Cabinets are beautiful, very solid construction and stylish. They helped coordinate all the details down to the wall paint colors. There was a small snafu installing the overhead racks. The walls got scratched in the process but Encore stepped up and got a painter out to the house the next week to patch and paint the "oops". Can't say enough good things. Give them a try!

I can honestly say that all facets of this project exceeded my expectations. From the quoting and planing (with a few slight changes on our part) through the install, everything was great. Encore was extremely professional and made everything easy and within budget.
