Highly recommend after having a 28 year old pitted garage floor coated. Nothing but a good experience from the sales call to the installation and subsequent followup visit to correct some minor unevenness/pooling of the top coat in the control joint. Jason, Dwight and Efrain were all experienced professionals who patiently explained the process, answered all my questions and delivered on their commitments.

I initially contacted EncoreGarage to see if they did work on the north side of Chicago. My wife and I wanted to completely redo our garage to include a new epoxy floor, painting of the garage to include the unpainted cinder block walls, and to add new cabinets to replace old wooden shelves. We contacted several brand name stores that only do cabinets to get competitive bids. EncoreGarage's bid for a complete renovation was lower than everyone else and we were impressed by the quality of the work and their adherence to a schedule that took three weeks to paint, epoxy the floor and bring in new cabinetry. Our garage looks better than I anticipated. In fact, it looks great. This firm was really easy to work with and I'd highly recommend giving them a call.

Dwight did an amazing job on our garage floors. The before and after pictures really do it no justice. Having our floors done have really transformed our garage. Dwight is very friendly, polite, quick and a hard worker. I was in contact with Jason the whole time and he made the process so much easier. He answered any and ALL of my questions before, during and after the process. While they were not the cheapest, I did feel they were the best and even after Jason had left after coming out for the quote, I just had a feeling of comfort and trust from him, and I was right. I'd have them come out again for my next house, but instead I am just telling everyone of the great job they did. Thanks you guys!

This 5 star rating is based off the fact that Encore made sure that the end result of our garage floor was highly satisfactory. For whatever reason, after they first finished the floor, it had a very uneven appearance and texture. They were very committed to making sure that we were very satisfied. They fixed the issues very quickly and now we are extremely happy with our garage.
