This product does seem to work great, however it is too large/heavy for my small breed dog. I did a lot of research before purchasing this product. It said it was OK for dogs 5 pounds and above. My Yorky is 6 pounds. She now has been diagnosed with a collapsing trachea. :confused: Please consider making different sizes!

I am grateful for the e collar. It helped my relationship with my boy. I use the vibrate most of all now if hes focused on something else rather than me. I cant recommend it enough.

While the customer service was wonderful, the product simply was not small enough for dogs under 8 pounds.

I am an older woman who adopted a smart, energetic 2 year old lab mix with a high speed prey/chase reflex! Keeping her on-leash while we got to know each other was killing me and making her frustrated with pent up energy. We live in the hills and woods of Vermont, in a perfect setting for running free. I tried several training classes and a cheap vibrating collar. When I found this collar and company, I found the help I needed to make it safe for my young friend to run free and still have a tool to get her attention back, except under the most stimulating of chases,deer mostly. I watched several helpful training videos on-line and soon we had a working relationship off leash. I especially love the bright light on the collar for our walks in the dark hours before and after work. I have only ordered one other item besides the original collar but both purchase experiences were hassle free and all items are just as advertised. I highly recommend this collar and company for conscientious trainers that need a long distance obedience.

Educator Collars have changed our lives and the lives of our pups. Their price was just as competitive as any other retailer which often times doesn't happen, their website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple. Sorry to disappoint you. I have nothing to say but GREAT Product, Beyond comparable service (Meaning Excellent), Delivery has always been quicker than expected. Fast shipping and we'll packaged. Collar was very large and had to be cut due to amount of extra holes. Unit came fully charged and worked flawlessly out of the box. If it had a nicer more eye appealing collar it would receive 5 stars.

I somehow lost my charger and ordered a replacement. I think I paid for priority shipping and it came very quickly. And I was able to use my ecollar again! Hooray! Thank you.

I have had the Educator 2box system before and I loved that collar. This new one will be as good. I do wish that Educator could come up with a slightly more ergonomic fitting box like the Dogtra Arc. Other than that I have no suggestions to improve their products. Customer service on my old collar was excellent, I expect the same for the Mini.

Its very high quality and you can feel that the instant you take it out of the box and hold it in your hand. Very easy to use and my dogs respond very well to it. Customer service was outstanding and it arrived earlier than I expected ....thanks for the great product and service!
