They responded to my issue with the collar being too big for my little guy by sending me a new one and new contacts. The response time was immediate. Having recently discovered the amazing benefit of the e-collar (ET-300). My dog can now be off leash in our yard without a fence. Taking my dog out in public or even to work has become so easy. This is my 3rd sttemp at finding a good e-collar for my sensative Vizsla. The first collar hurt her on the low settings, the 2nd collar dial moved because it wouldn’t lock, this is the perfect fit...love the bungee collar & the light feature on collar too....also great customer service......highly recommend—-fast shipping too!

We use to use a sportdog collar but it just didn't have enought levels for what we needed and I felt like it kept giving out on us. I am so happy that I finally bought a mini educator I have only heard great things and all the features it has to offer.

Nice device for close range/smaller dog park training. Nice customer service. Got a second dog after some time of being a single dog household and was pleasantly reminded that the unit was expandable to 2 dogs. Sweet. So we purchased the 2nd receiver and collar and violá. Tips: purchase a collar that is not the same as the black original. That way, you can match the black button to the black collar, and the red button to the second collar. Also, for the not-so-tech-inclined, watch a random YouTube video or two on how to pair the second collar and you will be good to go.

I have used Educator collars for three dogs. The first, a Dalmatian rescue who had been in a crate for 14 hours a day prior to adoption, simply could not be trained to return. She would escape and we would chase her, sometimes for miles. Can you blame her? I heard about the Educator e-collar and had her trained by an excellent trainer who trains dogs for the state police in my state. This level of a trainer is not necessarily needed, however. In any case, that was five years ago. She is extremely well behaved, all I have to do is show her that I have the remote in my hand…….fantastic product and online support.
