Really like the 300 plus mini. Fits dog good and works fine. Had some questions on unit and it took days to get someone to talk to me. Experience was frustrating, but in the end the person who helped me was very nice and knowledgable.

I like the collar, but changing batteries is not easy. Good thing it does not have to be done very often--like once every 4 or 5 years. Whole process is awkward and time consuming. That being said, the company is great to work with and shipping is super fast.

It's a great product and the size of the controller is comfortable and easy to use. The site is a little unclear about the choice of skins but I called and Byron was great and took care of all of my questions. They include a lanyard but I wish they came with the plastic belt clip too (instead of being an add-on). When you have three controllers around your neck it’s a bit much. The option of switching between lanyard or belt clip would better. It's nice knowing later I can change the controller to use on more than one dog. It's a great tool and I recommend them to everyone and love showing how safe and humane they are for the dogs.

I really love this collar, I have a cardigan welsh corgi and a black lab.. The collar is easy to use, dogs respond very well, has really helped with training! I had a few questions when setting up the second collar and the customer service is FANTASTIC! Walked me through it in minutes.. Such a pleasure! I would and have recommended this product to friends!
