I love that the pillows are adjustable

We love our new Duvet. It is soft and fluffy like a cloud. It is not hot to sleep under, yet we were not chilly either. I especially love the fact it can be laundered. The ordering system is easy and we got the delivery within a week. We just ordered some pillows and can't wait to get them!

Just received couple of days ago. Not really confortable for the moment. I’ve remove stuffing but I still found it hard. Will try couple of days more then I will think if I will keep them or not

Quick and easy

Haven’t had the pillow long enough to rate it (1 night) but do have a complaint. The whole reason I was sold on this pillow was the ability to adjust the filling myself to find the optimum comfort. After the 1st night I needed to remove some of the filling. What a headache. You need a different system. The filling is clogging up the zipper on the inside & you have to fight to open the zipper a 1/4 inch at a time. I still haven’t gotten it fully opened to remove filling, needed to take a break because of frustration.

Great products. I love my silk duvet and my Lavender pillow.

I was looking for a summer alternative to my down duvet and the Kamboo duvet is working really nicely so far. It’s light enough for warm nights but still feels cozy, and I love the fluffy/silky texture of the kapok filling. I’ve also never had a duvet with the corner loops for securing it to the duvet cover, so that feels like magic!

Quick and easy from order to delivery. I was able to call and speak to someone to change the size of the duvet and the correction was made immediately. Love the comfort of the light weight and softness of the bamboo duvet..

Delivery was fast. Unfortunately we weren't happy with the product. We offered to return, but the company gave us a full refund without return. Great to deal with.
