The idea is great but unfortunately for me it didn't quite work as well as it should have. One of the companies I needed to contact wasn't carrying forward to the final list of companies to be contacted, so I went back (as it said I could) to check the information. Unfortunately this caused the system to lose all my account nbrs which I wasn't aware of until I had finalised everything. This ended up with all my emails arriving without my account nbrs pre-filled which is one of the most important parts of the system and it couldn't be corrected. In correspondence with Easy Name change we established this was the issue but nothing could be done to fix it. I suggest it is made much clearer on the website, that if you go back and forward between pages you lose your info. Alternatively, it should be set up that it saves each page automatically. Otherwise, the service is good and it has definitely helped and I would recommend using the compant.
