Thank you for the pre populated emails and letters, and email addresses and instructions. love it. However the centrelink content is incorrect, I submitted the documents, called and waited on hold for an hour for them to tell me they don't do that anymore and I need to go to a service centre.

The kit is very helpful in getting all the paperwork ready in preparation for the name change however the forms need to be updated for the banks in particular the Bankwest form. Was disappointed to pay for a service that isn’t up to date

Hi L. I see you purchased the $35 digital only kit. You save money by sending off your own name change documents. Our most affordable service does not include lodgement assistance or certified copies for your certificate or photo ID. Sorry if there was any confusion.

Unfortunately it wasn’t what I thought it would be. It just compiled emails with the details I entered which I could have done myself. And I have not heard back from two of the organisation’s I forwarded the emails to.

Sorry you didn't get as many forms and letters as you had hoped, however with only 4 companies chosen in your kit, you still received 4 notifications so I hope it saved your time researching and writnig notifications for these companies. Our kits provide great value where customers have 8 or more companies to update. On a side note, most companies don't write back to confirm your name change has taken place. You'll notice it has changed on future correspondence or when you log into your accounts held by these companies.
