Disgraceful scam want my money back

Changed my name to my lovely wife's maiden name, and this made the whole process less daunting. Got all the information I needed. Still had to visit some places to do things manually, but definitely saved me lots of time!

The Easy Name Change process has made it much less onerous to progress through the process of changing my name. I recommend it to others who are in the process of recreating themselves.

The information provided was very helpful, but I didn't use many of the forms as most could be done online or needed to be done in person.

I login and it takes me to the list I use to make my kit, I click already registered and it’s just an infinite loop. Waste of money as I haven’t been able to use it at all.

It was great to see the list of the places where you need to change your name (a couple of them I hadn’t even thought of), however I found the ‘filling out the forms’ process at the end wasn’t great. When enquiring with some of the organisations directly, I didn’t need to fill out a form at all, or the questions on the forms were slightly different to what’s on Easy Name Change. I found it was easier for me to go and deal with each company myself.

The application process was simple, straightforward and explained concisely. The follow-up phone call came shortly afterwards and was friendly and informal, with any questions I had answered to my total satisfaction. The kit arrived in the mail, and all instructions and checklists are clear and precise. It has been a pleasure dealing with Gen during a stressful time, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Easy Name Change to anyone who may require this service.

Great system. I was a little worried about putting in all my personal details so just got the basic pack and left out a lot of stuff. Now Im kicking myself and should have paid the extra money to send me out all the completed forms- as I still haven't got it sorted. They responded to emails within hours and I can't fault their service only my own lack of trust.

terrible - waste of money!

At first I wasn't too sure if this would assist me, but I was surprised how good it was. It saved a lot of phone calls and chasing to get email addresses. The checklist was very handy.
