I would like to thank Janet & Tom (Optical & Clinical Assistants) and Mr Amrit Ubhi (Optometrist) at EYETECH Ansty Road Coventry, where my first experience at an Opticians has been a very pleasant one! Professional, friendly and clean. No-nonsense! On my return a week later to pick up my new bit of eyetech! the service and procedures for social distancing and Hygiene are clearly visible. I received outstanding service from Eyetech when I needed an emergency consultation during the pandemic lockdown, when my usual High Street opticians was not even taking calls. Dr Dave was very good at diagnosing my eye problem and explaining what caused it, which was most reassuring at a very anxious time. I was impressed by the professional treatment I received and I shall now be making Eyetech my regular opticians in future.

My dry eye symptoms were severe, at some point I thought that I am going to be blind quickly; after the first IPL treatment I felt much better as I didn't need to use my eye drops 10 times per day. After the fourth visit I use my eye drops up to 5 times per day especially at the end of the day as I work at a very dusty environment. I strongly recommend the IPL treatment and Dr Dave to everyone that suffers from dry eye syndrome.

I was suffering from dry eye for some years used various eye drops when I had my last appointment Dr Dave mention about laser treatment and unblocking gland which makes tears I had four treatments which made big difference now new treatment which Dr Dave did very professionally recomondate for dry eye sufferer Mathur Dadhania
