I only see Dr Dave, he is very thorough and takes his times to explain everything. I always feel welcome and never feel rushed, as he is very friendly and welcoming.

All staff, no matter the qualification, are very polite, patient and helpful at all times. I am confident that I have excellent care and share this with anyone who asks. I was a little disappointed with the frames available during my last visit and could not find anything to suit. Hopefully, there will be more to choose from when I visit in the New Year.

After been a customer to one of the larger household names, I didn't really want to change, my partner recommended Eyetech to me as she and her family where all customers and had spoken very highly of Eyetech. I decided to try it and WOW, I had the best eye examination I have ever had. Everything and I mean everything was explained to me in easy to understand terms, A big Thank you. The team at Eyetech were so professional, from speaking to the receptionist to having my eyes tested to actually selecting my glasses, I felt relaxed, comfortable and at ease, no pressure to buy and given plenty of time and choice to choose, frames, styl, even lenses.
