I have been to many opticians simce i started wearing glasses since the age of 8 but eyetech is definetely bettrr than any of my previous experiences. I visited the store as I was passing by and was greeted by Sachin Dave and an hour later after discussing frames, eye tests and lenses i learnt he was the manager who was very knowledgable and ordered frames in for me to view. From start to finish the whole process was handled as professionally as possible and I cannot fault eytech with the way that they conduct their business. Also my frame with my prescription arrived within 4 days. Excellent customer service and grest wuality and value for money. Definetely would recommend to a friend. P.s. Thanks Sachin for being very patient and working overtime to make sure i was fully satisfied before i ordered my frame. You really went above and beyond my expectations. 10/10

Excellent service - picked up my detached retina and had me seen at hospital within 2hrs receiving laser treatment which saved my sight. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff

Dear Sir/Madam I visited the opticians for an eyetest and contact lenses check. I was very pleased with the service. Dr Dave answered all my questions in great detail. I didn't feel rushed. I moved back to the area recently and went back to Dr Dave as I used to go to him about 11 years ago. He is the best optician I have ever used as he is very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. He never makes you feel embarrassed about asking any questions.

I would recommend Eyetech to everybody. A very professional organisation.
