You've done a very good job of providing a thorough system. It not only produces a well-formatted product, it does so with a variety of options for different grantors and grantees. As an attorney from another state than I was creating my deed for, I especially valued the legal summary that dealt with that other state. The only issue I had a problem with was that I wouldn't name trustees as grantees, rather the trust itself. I edited my deed accordingly.

I thought it was efficient and quick and served my purpose I would’ve felt better about more specific language pertaining to the powers of the statutory warranty rather than just a reference to the Alabama code but I can probably live with it.
