If so, we can respond to that with instructions for how to make corrections. Original Response: I'm sorry you experienced this issue. Can you explain what you mean by the form coming out "backwards?" You indicated that this happened when you printed out the form. If that is the case, could it be an issue with your printer? Or was there something off with the document before you printed it? We have no control over whether our users enter incorrect information into the system. But we understand that mistakes sometimes happen and do provide options to re-access the interview if you need to make corrections. And, of course, you can always make changes directly to the document itself by simply opening it and making the corrections on the face of the document. In any event, I am sorry that your experience was not optimal and regret that you didn't give us an opportunity to help with your issue before posting a negative review.
