They are nonresponsive. It seems there is no human behind this website. I need to edit the deed that the website has created and have submitted a few tickets and no one has responded yet. There is no proof that they fully understand the law in each state or they are running this website from somewhere overseas.

I tried several deed creation programs online. The precision of this deed is great compared to the others. In fact, some of the deeds used language that was explicitly barred in Alabama deeds. This service got it right. I'm going to the recording office with confidence that this deed is complete. I was a little nervous about paying for the deed before seeing it, but I took the gamble and am well satisfied.

I found the Deedclaim service to be exceptional. Other "do-it-yourself" quitclaim packages sold online don't even come close because they provide no means for customization other than editing generic document. If you are not a lawyer you simply cannot do it. Deedclaim goes through detailed interview process before the document is generated, bringing the need for additional editing to virtually none. I found this to be extremely useful and worth every penny.

Just filed my Lady Bird deed with the clerk. All went smooth and easy. Very easy "interview" to create the deed. Happy with the result. Total of $89.oo for the entire process. Better than $350.00 for a lawyer.
