I have both my 17yr and 13yr using this product to help in the process in building "iron shoulders". We are working injury prevention and strength. Happy so far.

the products are awesome, I had a torn rotator cuff from tennis and my trainer and I are very excited to work with the bands so I can do my flexibilty and strength exercises at home.

I was somewhat skeptical, but after a months use I am truly amazed at my shoulder health!!!

This product save my lifting and work outs. My shoulders were in very bad shape but in weeks this fixed them and now a part of my daily work out.
