I can't get on the website to upload the training zone access code

Bart, I ordered the deluxe package for myself, and my wife for Christmas, but when we opened it the mobility sac was not in box. I am not sure if you can help me with this, but maybe you can let me know what I need to do. Thanks.

i finally received my setup when ordered on Nov29th, supposed to be delivered by Dec6th and got it on the 15th and to find that i dont have all that i purchased and two small notes stating the two missing items were on back order? And i would be getting them sometime in January, now im a personal trainer and i purchase this to help my clients - how can i use partial equipment?

This system is by far the best shoulder work out I've done, I've spent a lot of time in physical therapy after having 3 shoulder surgery's, I think I've dislocated my shoulder's around 30-40 times, these exercises really work those little shoulder muscles that get over looked with regular gym moves, love it and highly recommend it for anyone

Product is great. Very satisfied, only thing that sort of was a problem was selecting/purchasing individual cords. There should be a list of each cord to select from along with quantity

I bought this for my wife because she was having discomfort doing overhead weightlifting movements. Her overhead mobility and strength have improved and she no longer has discomfort!

I would have just bought the cords had I known that was a possibility and saved myself some money. It's great for what it is though.

I am a chiropractor with 31 years of practice experience, as well as being a former gymnast and a current Tae Kwon Do practioner for the last 21 years. I have had chronic neck and shoulder problems for years and have tried numerous programs to rehab those areas. Since using the Crossover Symmetry program for just two weeks, I have noticed a significant improvement in my neck and shoulder discomfort and an improvement in my posture as well. My 27 year old son loves the program as well. Well worth the investment. I would suggest that if you have shoulder issues, start light. Check your ego at the door and use the lightest weight resistance bands to start with.

I've use this product to rehab my shoulder following a fracture, and also to rehab after having a cervical spinal fusion. Helped tremendously. I still use it to work out. I highly recommend it.
