Fantastic product. Has alleviated shoulder pain and muscle imbalance.

I have had biceps tenodesis and labrum repair september 30, 2016 and the crossover symmetry has been instrumental in getting my shoulder moving properly again! It really works and is so easy to use. But an even better part is the service you get from this company! They sent me a wrong item (it happens), but fixed the error instantaneously, even during their busiest season, no question, so fast! I'm a big fan!!!!

Well designed product, easy install instructions, definitely making a difference for my rotator cuff. Customer service was very responsive when I emailed.

I have had a good bit of shoulder pain from 3-4 years of bodybuilding and never taking care of my shoulders. Well after getting into crossfit I discovered Ben Bergeron and thus found crossover symmetry which has since healed my painful shoulder so much!!!

This product is by far the best I have used for my shoulder mobility. My shoulder pain has been reduced drastically and I have only been using the system for about a month. All of my members love be system too. We will be purchasing more in the future.

We've been using the CS system for a few weeks. A friend of ours recommended it because I have severe shoulder mobility issues (at age 42!) and am looking for help. My wife and older kids will be using this too to rehab and prevent shoulder issues in the future.

Work well will have to see if there is an improvement in shoulder strength

I ordered the athletes package. Month later it finally came due to back up. Note in box stating it would deliver final parts at a later date. I have still not received those parts. Expecive package peace complete my order!

Since this is a review of the site, it did not get a high rating. The products are great! But the site has some issues. I searched under the FAQs to see if they offer a Military discount, which it states they do. You just have to email the "click here" embedded link to verify your military status. I did exactly that, but received an email telling me this email doesn't work. Tried a few times, with the same result each time. The email link should either be updated, or completely removed. I ordered the product anyways, because I have been a very active user following shoulder surgery, but recently switched gyms and wanted a set for home.

Still haven't received hanging clips or mobility sac. Was ordered on black Friday and were not delivered with rest of set due to back order, but stil never received.

I am very pleased with the quality and durability of the team level product I purchased. My only draw back would be missing the straps I ordered and the lag time I had in receiving my order.

Crossover symmetry has been a blessing for my daughter's shoulder. She swims competitively year round and began experiencing shoulder pain. Since we began the workouts using crossover symmetry bands, she has experienced little to no pain! It has prevented her from having to take steroid shots every 3 months and possible surgery on her shoulder.

I really feel that in the short amount of time that I've been doing the routines that my shoulders have really benefitted from doing them. I have had on/off shoulder problems (overuse injuries and lack of mobility). I plan on doing the Activation+ routines at least once/day.

Is as advertised. Must commend on warranty. We had a blow out on one and replaced effortlessly. That alone had me buying another system.
