I?m 61 and wanted something to help me prevent shoulder injuries. I?ve had this about a month now and can feel my shoulder getting stronger. I set it up in my basement and do the activation at least once a day, six days a week. I?ve started doing the mobility last week every other day. I love how straight forward it is to use.

These are a quality made workout/therapy band. We use them to both warm up and cool down our shoulders for Crossfit. They seem to help with lingering shoulder problems as well. The only thing I hate about them is that I had to pay $30 shipping to get them here. They did ship very fast but still, $30 for shipping is utterly ridiculous.

No complaints. Use the rig mounted straps and have bought to systems. Seeing improvements not only myself but with my members as well

These bands are amazing and have me feeling so much better in my shoulders. The quality is great and I feel that they will last a long time but they seem to be slightly overpriced for what they are and that's the only reason I give them four stars. Still, the results have been all positive and I am quite happy. I recommend them. I am, however, befuddled by the fact that this is the second time I have been solicited for a review and the second time I filled one out and especially considering there have been more recent 5 star reviews added to your site since I did it last. If you are being selective in which reviews you post, and I don't see this one on the site the next time I check, I will bring it down a star and leave my review wherever else these are sold.

Great product for rehab and building shoulder strength

I have several shoulder mobility issues and heard about CS from a friend at my gym. I purchased the program 4 months ago, and I have my whole family using it as a warmup for our regular workouts. I believe it's helping me with the mobility and has helped my wife with overall strength as well. Great program!

After having both of my rotator cuffs repaired, they always felt weak. No matter how much I tried to strengthen them. So I decided to give bands a try. After a few weeks of using them I could already notice a difference. They were definitely a lot more than what I expected. Another added benefit was that I haven't been to the chiropractor for upper back pain since I started the routine.

The program had an almost immediate impact on my shoulder function. A bonus was that I started hitting the golf ball about a club longer within three weeks. There was a small glitch in one of my purchases - I got the email from UPS telling me the replacement was en route within an hour of my email. Overall it has been a pleasant surprise.

I recently had a mri done on my shoulder. Among other things I have a torn labrum. I did not go overhead for 4 weeks and I did the crossover symmetry 2x per day for 4 weeks. I recently snatched and had no pain! Very happy and I will continue to use it each day!

Crossover symmetry has designed a great program for shoulder strength and mobility. Simple and easy to follow, timely in the amount of time necessary per day. Well worth the price for the research they have done.

Great product. Price point seems a bit high but over all very well put together should strengthening system.

Like the program it has helped both my wife and I. Ended up buying extra bands once we got to the strength portion of the program. The check out system is a weak link in your business. Had trouble both times purchasing with it crashing and also not knowing if the sale went thru. The program videos have frozen a few times as well. The program and equipment are 4 stars (I hardly ever five 5 stars) but the over-all experience on 3 stars.

After purchasing the Crossover Symmetry it was pointed out to me by another purchaser that it's the code on the back of the booklet (that arrives with the bands) allows you access to more workouts and training plans. When I checked my booklets there was no code. I reached out to your company to find out way this would be and got no response. I have been using the bands and following the movements on the aluminum training boards in my gym, even given them as gifts. So to know there's so much more that can be done with them is exciting, but frustrated I still can't access it after ordering several sets.
