My son uses the bands every day, carries them to school and back, to the gym and back, and has to keep them secret from his "old school - living legend - it's a honor to step on this field - those bands are horse sh***t and knock it off and get over there to throw your bullpen - this just shows you we are great coaches - nobody works harder then we do coaches"

The system so far (a few weeks of the activation portion about every day) has really helped get me the flexibility and strength that I have been missing for decades...

The package was recommended by my son's pitching coach. My son has found it very helpful and uses it almost daily.

I have been told I have impingement in my shoulders. My right shoulder was actually hurting when I worked out. The crossover system is what my pt was using with me. I didn't make enough progress in pt to get back to normal. Was sent home with a simpler program than that provided by crossover. The home program didn't workout. So far with crossover I've made real progress. My shoulder feels more stable and I can do a small number of push-ups without twinges. The book and videos and equipment are a great package. Definitely worth trying if you got shoulder issues.

This product is great, my shoulder mobility is terrible and this has helped so much. Im still waiting on my mobility package though. Other than that, no complaints

Very nice system with appropriate exercises to strengthen around my shoulders. I've only been doing it for a month now and can tell a little difference but I wish the kit came with more options for multiple attachments. I have the door attachments but also need rig attachments so I can realistically use this 3x/day. It's at my office and I use it 1/day right now and am excited to get to 3x/day.

It took over 30 years of searching to fix my posture problems. My back was crooked as a question mark. Today Crossover Symmetry has me standing tall like an exclamation point!
