Great product

They keep everything exactly where they need to be, and make it so easy to set up and tear down if you need to remove them like I do (because I set mine up outside). I recommend reading the fine print about what you want to put it on because there are different pieces to get if you want to set it up on wood versus metal. I’m very happy with the product. It’s for sure overpriced but it also for sure works. Seeing as though there’s just nothing quite like it on the market yet...I think it’s worth it. But I also got it as a Christmas gift #blessed

Crossover Symmetry is the best system around for developing arm strength. Their customer service is hands down top shelf.

Went from a strained rotator cuff where I could not lift my left arm without pain to back to normal within 3 weeks using the system, and was able to avoid using a steroid prescription or getting injections like my physician suggested. Such a great system!

Suffering from shoulder and back pain for more than a year, finally found the proper tool to get scapular balance. The system works but you have to be committed to it. 30 shoulder fix program is well rounded.

I love this system. It is great for the shoulders whether strengthening or rehabbing. I setup a 9 position station, 3 low, 3 middle and 3 high with 1 in the middle for each height and it's awesome. I only wish I could have bought the wall mounts individually instead of by the 4 pack, but that's okay I just have 3 extra in case something happens.

great system to use. the only issue I have had the last 2 times ordering is shipping. I would just like to receive all the items purchased at once vs having to get multiple packages because someone forget the little things.

Bought this for my son and daughter who both. Play. High level select baseball and softball. It's helped them throwing and not get sore after. Lost games. Or long practices

Unfortunately it turned out I have a torn rotator cuff. It I will use as part f recovery after surgery. My partner uses it every day and loves it. It is extremely well made easy to use and seems to live up to everything as described.

The quality of the equipment is matched by the quality of the program. I am slowing getting rid of the pain in my shoulder!
