Early days still BUT, I have done just a few weeks of the Activation program and the pain is almost non existent and my shoulder feels so much more stable. Can't wait to start the strength program.

Great product

I purchased this program about a month an a half ago. As a registered massage therapist I sustained an injury that was ultimately threatening to discontinue my career, and ultimately my losing my house due to inability to work. I’ve tried everything to fix my issue. My shoulders/scapulas were completely uneven. Right side completely atrophied. And as you can guess if your scapulas are off then so is the whole shoulder girdle. If you don’t have strong shoulders by default your neck is doomed. Weights weren’t helping because those target a certain muscle group and even 1 pound weights were damaging my issue more. This program focuses on all aspects of proper movement, agonist/antagonist muscles, stabilizers ect. I’m doing the shoulder rehab. I’m on my 6 week. I had to take is slower due to how bad my situation was. But now both shoulders are syncing correctly, My cervical spine is centred instead of leaning to the right side , my upper thoracic spine had a 12 degree scoliosis and that has now diminished. The swelling in my shoulders/neck as decreased, and all surrounding muscles are now out of the spasm stage. I have stopped all pain killers and muscle relaxers. May I add my injury’s have been going on for 6 months now. I had an apmnt booked with a physiatrist that’s how desperate I was. This program has saved my career but has also healed the hell ive been through this past 6 months. My only mistake I wish I found it sooner. Thanks crossover symmetry ??
