I recently ordered a Crossover Symmetry pack along with an additional band. Somehow I got two of one weight on the bands. I emailed as soon as I open the box about exchanging one set of the bands for another weight to be used for PT following my surgery and never heard back. I’m really excited to utilize the system. Just bummed with the lack of customer service.

I've suffered from a right shoulder impingement that caused some mobility issues with my golf swing and my weight training. Over the past few weeks, I've done the CS activation & activation+ routine and it's really helping. My shoulder is starting to feel better, and I can tell that my strength and mobility are increasing. I'm now starting to implement the iron scap/strength routine and look forward to seeing more improvements to come. This is a great product.
