Fantastic product. I've dealt with rotator cuff dysfunction and injuries for the past several years and incorporating this product into my weekly routine has helped to eliminat any chronic pain and dysfunction.

So far so good. Bought it after deciding to venture back into the CrossFit world. One month in without any shoulder pain. Shoulders feel very solid in pull-ups and any overhead lift. Feels weird on the random days I don't do the routine (not physically--in my mind...) The holiday discount made the price better for sure. Rack mounts are pretty versatile. A chain link fence works really well and doesn't require mounts. Would definitely recommend for anyone with previous shoulder issues or any young bucks trying to lift stupid heavy things overhead quickly!

I am a older athlete I am giving this product 90 days to make a full review. I have used it for two weeks and am hoping to see results in three months. I do no expect instant gains but other people in my gym are very happy about this product.

I think my shoulder will take a little longer than four weeks to heal but the pain and inflammation has gone down tremendously.

The programming and exercises for the shoulder is great. The website and the videos are horrible. I had to have the skill work emailed to me as they aren't on the page. Several of the videos aren't complete either. All in all fixed my shoulders up good, just have to figure some stuff out on your own.

It has helped me tremendously! I use the bands at least five times per week and have referred several friends and they all are doing well.

Very simple and informative shopping process. I was hesitant about the quality of your product, however it took opening the box to realize of the how well you have put together your product not just in quality, but with educational material, and other gadgets. I highly encouraged any doubters to get a set of these. After three weeks of using it my shoulder have started to feel better.

Excellent customer service - I ordered around CHristmas time and they put a rush on the shipping so I would get it before the holiday in case it was a gift! Super impressed by the initiative they took! The home system is great so far!!
