Marketing is great. Product actually works great. But tying the to follow the marketing into the app or the product is not possible. You have to just find your way around. Takes quite a bit of poking around and the app is slow. But stick with it and the results are great.

Crossover symmetry has been amazing program for rehabbing my shoulders twice now after two separate injuries! The second time I started out, going to a physical therapist, but after two months of no improvement, I went back to the system that worked the first time, crossover symmetry, and again it strengthened and removed the pain from my shoulders so I could return to my normal activity and workouts. Also, unlike most online products and services, they actually are incredibly responsive and provide excellent, timely, professional support. Thank you crossover symmetry!

Bought the shoulder system , followed up with the hip/core system..really helps activate / strengthen essential stability muscles … helped me avoid a debilitating shoulder surgery.. Liked it so much bought one for my son

I never leave reviews. Superb service. Matt was extremely helpful. I had seen the products online but they were not available where I live in Ireland. Matt arranged cut price delivery for my items from the US and I could not be happier with the products (one each of the three different hip and core resistance bands). I am a physiotherapist previously using regular theraband and these are a game changer! Squats, clams, bridges and monster walks will never be the same. Excellent quality with an equally high quality exercise guide included with each band. I don't know why someone didn't think of these devices sooner. Can't recommend Cross Over Symmetry enough.
