My experience with the Crossover team has been pretty incredible from the start. Prior to purchasing I reached out to support asking if both the shoulder and knee programs were the right fit for me. I have both a rotator cuff tear and a labrum tear in my left shoulder, along with some challenging tendinopathy in my right knee, and had been to physical therapy for about 6mo with little improvement. I received one of the most thorough and honest responses that I have ever received from a company. Matt explained very clearly medically how the program could help someone in my situation but also was very clear that it might not be the answer. He suggested I give it 30 days and if I didn’t see improvement send it back for a full refund. I decided to give it a try but shortly after receiving my bands, I saw my healthcare provider and decided to take a more aggressive approach. Matt had asked that I keep him updated on my progress so I let him know what my new plans were and that I wouldn’t be able to take advantage of the 30 day trial, however I had decided to keep them for post procedure therapy. Without asking, he sent me a set of the lightest bands because he knew I’d need them while recovering. So while I can’t vouch for the program yet, I can say that I believe the company truly cares about its consumers and believes in its products. I’m looking forward to the day I can post the benefits that I’ve seen from the program.
