I've shopped a few times with Cobalt District since they opened and I've fallen in love with this store. Website is simple, elegant and easy to navigate. My only complaint is that sizing on some styles can be a bit off for me, but the return process is so easy and quick that I can easily exchange it if needed.

I saw the red dress on Instagram and I hoped to get it just in time as a wedding gift for my friend, who was getting married. It was only 3 days away so I didn't get my hopes up, but when I chatted with Nadya and explained the reason to her, she made the effort to ship the dress that same day so that it would arrive on time. Any company that goes above and beyond like that their customers are worthy of my loyalty. Easily the best customer service that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

I was a customer at Nadya's previous company (Hidrate Spark) and customer service there was pretty good as it is at this new company of hers.
