I didn’t even notice that USPS lost my package until Cobalt District notified and sent me a replacement dress with faster shipping, all without me asking. Always love it when customer service takes initiative to get you what you need. The dress was lovely, very comfortable to wear also. I will return as a customer for sure.

The thing about Cobalt District’s customer service is that they show they truly care about your positive shopping experience with them. Whereas other clothing brands respond with generic messages for your problems, Cobalt District adds a personal touch in theirs and does their best to be as accommodating as possible. Any changes you need to make to your order, any alteration or other special request that you may have, etc., if they can do it, they will. I’m a big supporter of how Cobalt District’s team treats their customers with care and respect. Other clothing brands need to take note!!

My husband bought me a dress from Cobalt District, but waited a few weeks for my birthday to give it to me. When I tried it on, it was a bit small so I contacted Cobalt District to ask if I can exchange it still since it has been over a month since delivery. They responded and were very accommodating, even sending me a prepaid shipping label and processed my exchange very quickly. Excellent customer service! I loved my dress and so I looked into them more and found out that their clothes are actually sustainable too, not just some marketing for their brand! How amazing. I will be shopping here more often!

Cobalt District has extremely elegant and cute styles. Bought 3 different pieces and all of them are well made with what feels to be high-quality fabric. Customer service has been pleasant - they're friendly and responsive (even on the weekends!) Website fits well with Cobalt District's minimalist brand. Easy to use and navigate. Big fan of the store. Will be keeping an eye on future styles!
