I bought a dress on-line from https://cobaltstreet.com/ and here's what happened. I wore the dress out to dinner with my husband and ended up not liking it... it was either too big or too heavy or just too something... anyways, I didn't get around to returning/exchanging the dress until I saw it in my closet a year later! I wrote to the company and told them my story. Would they possibly want the dress back??? Well, guess what? I got an email from the owner of the company (yes, the real live owner, not a robot) and she not only said she would take the dress back, they would find something to do with it, but she would give me credit to buy another dress if I wanted it. The credit wouldn't be for as much as the dress I originally bought -- after all, it was a year old -- but it would still be for a lot!!! In fact, enough to buy another dress. Not only that, but she would email me a free shipping label in which to return the dress I didn't want.
Talk about an offer you can't refuse! I took her up on it -- and I ordered another dress and -- wouldn't you guess -- the 2nd dress I got didn't fit. Still too big! So, "Dare I ask for another exchange?" I asked myself. Long story short, not only did they send me a postage free return label for the 2nd exchange but they no questions asked exchanged it and finally, over a year later, the third dress I got from them was EXACTLY what I'd hoped for! A classy, form fitting, WITH pockets (who woulda' thought) dress than can be worn uptown with a patent leather belt and rhinestones or downtown with cowboy boots and a vest or just plain as is. What a great travel dress. What a great dress to have in your closet. What a dress to have if you want to replace at least 4 other dresses! What fun! How non-wasteful. What's not to like about this dress?
Oh, and by the way, let me tell you something -- my mother was a seamstress born in Italy. She made a living by copying designer dresses and making them at home with her little Singer Sewing Machine. From her, I learned what a well made dress looks like, what it's fabric feels like, and that a dress is "built" not just sewn together. I know a well-made dress when I see one and well-made dresses is the kind that Cobalt Street produces.
So.... I'm actually making a recommendation here and now. If you want a really good dress that will not only enhance your curves and figure but last FOREVER, then Cobalt Street is worth a try -- what could go wrong. They give you postage free return labels! And, needless to say, their customer service is absolutely unbeatable!
