After being used a few times, the middle of the mattress just poped out. Need to buy a new one in the near future. Don't recommend

Excellent product, great granddaughter loves it for weekend sleep over.

I am very pleased with my purchase so far. Although the bumpy area that is aimed to be used as pillow is a bit uncomfortable, we found a solution to put our feet on that side. It has been 10 days we have been using the bed, and no problem so far.

Have only bought airbeds so far but am delighted with them. You get what you pay for in this world. If the rest of their product range is as good they’ll be my first choice. The one problem I did have with one bed after a while, they replaced without quibble. Great products. Great customer service. Nice people.

Really good product, for me, it was basically an alternative for not having to buy a big mattress to host guests, and it work perfectly, my wife is actually saying that is better the our own mattress.

Bed arrived promptly, and well packaged. This is the fourth Active Era bed I've bought, and as usual very happy with it. Height is ideal, and bed comfortable.

Bought another one as the last one lasted 7 months and somehow got a hole. There was still no patching kit with the new one but it is very comfortable and sturdy and have had no issues. If you are careful to not nick it (don’t carry by the seams or rest on sharp edges) it will be great and stay firm

I had a problem with my initial order, there was a pin hole in the unit so the bed deflated. However this was speedily addressed and a replacement was instantly dispatched. This is an excellent product , I would recommend. Outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Dreadful product deflated constantly. No amount of reinflating worked It would just deflate within the hour

Have not used mine yet but will keep you posted. So far noted well packaged and looks good quality. Needed to find the plug to see if needed an adapter in U.K but it's fine and liked the way it's wrapped and easily accessible to get to lead and plug whilst still in box so looking good . Loved the note on box about a good night's sleep. That's a lovely touch. Let you know when I get to use it. Teresa

This is the third air bed I’ve purchased from Active Era. 2 x premium singles, then decided to go for the comfort double with the built in pump that’s absolutely brilliant and pumps itself up in a couple of mins. Been using these air beds for 3 years now for camping must say I cannot fault them at all, they have been well travelled suffered extreme heat and never let us down. With careful packing away these beds will last for a long time. I would definitely recommend for comfort and a great nights sleep.

I will be returning it as it’s not fit for purpose. A small 15 year old used the bed and it deflated repeatedly I had hoped that avoiding the many cheaper options and ordering direct from the manufacturer would have meant the product would be reliable!! Unfortunately this was not the case
