Fastest delivery i ever had

I am very disappointed with this product I have only had it a few days and have noticed multiple issues with the adapter my keyboard and mouse are brand new and work in my laptop find. The problem I’m having is the keyboard and mouse keep disconnecting mid game when I read the information on the XIM apex I was lead to believed that I was being sold I high end products with little faults but this is not the case. I have look for information on making refund but I did not have an account before purchasing so there is no record of me purchasing however I tried to find a number and could not find one. Why is that ? I have all emails about the content I bought if needed to prove that I am the buyer. I am seeking a full refund or a replacement for this faulty product! Thanks Bailey
