I love that I have a system to help keep my mother in touch with medical care if I am not with her and she is in need. Our only problem thus far is that she has accidentally set off her necklace button when she bent over (we shortened the necklace length to prevent this from happening again). However, she also accidentally set it off while sleeping as she must have rolled over on it. I would love suggestions you might have to help us not have the similar incidents happen again. Is the button set at too sensitive a level?? Thank you for your help!!! Everyone has been so wonderfully kind and forgiving when the alarm has been alerted!!

Medical Care Alert has been a great system. We needed a replacement system as the new button would not sync with our current system. It was quickly replaced and mailing back the old system is very easy. The phone representatives are always helpful and pleasant.

My alarm went off two days in a row while I was taking laundry out of the dryer, it works very welll and the people I talked to were very nice I explained I was OK and did not need help When I se it up on Sunday I called for assistance and was told the office was closd and left a call back, for Monday. someone called Monday morning and was very pleasant and I ex[lained I figured oout the set up. I am very pleased with the service

I explained the problem and went through the trouble shooting process and then it was decided the pendant needed to be replaced. My mother is 97 and lives with us. She has used the pendant and is very important it is working properly. Customer Service was very good!

I know that your system works--I have accidentally sent an alert twice since I started using the device earlier this week. I didn't think that I hit the button, but apparently it takes very little pressure to set it off. Is there a way that I can turn off the alarm on my device before everybody comes running?

Enjoyed speaking with Sue Neal on several occasions. She was always very helpful. The phone response at times when we would test the system would be hard to reach. Sometimes the phone would ring many times before someone would answer. Maybe there needs to be more response lines and operators. The folks were very good and professional when you did get them. Overall enjoyed the experience with Medical Care Alert. Thank you!

Purchase was extremely easy. Had trouble with land line unit (didn’t realize it would not work with a landline phone system that required a #9 before dialing out. Call Med Care and they immediately sent a replacement (cellular) before I even sent the old one back. They even paid for the return of the landline unit. The cellular unit arrived within a few days and worked immediately... very easy. Also great sales person. Very please!
