Berlen LLC just started selling smoked sinew snacks for dogs last year as bulk sinew strips in a box near the check out at a local butcher shop. My vendor wanted packages, but plastic bags encourage mold w/o refrigeration. Vac-Pac bags rip, Zip-lock bags failed, so I researched oxygen absorbers for meat products to extend shelf life. You were the first company that deals w/ meat products that I encountered. I read the reviews, slept on it, and today I placed an order. Boy I hope these are class B oxygen absorbers as sinew has a naturally high moisture content. I wish I could've found out whether these absorbers are class B for meats or class D which are prefered for dried grains. Either way I chose Walton's and will see what happens.

You didn’t have enough of the rub I wanted. Cost me more in shipping because I have to order from another supplier.

Shipping charges were not cleare between the map and on line order form., between $6.99 to $11.99. I called to order over the phone and was told a minimum order was $25. Rep couldn't really clarify the shipping charges. I think because your shipping charges were not clear on the internet, the $25 fee should have been waved.

I could have bought the Weston #12 3mm Extraction Plate anywhere. I chose Walton's because of the honesty in your shipping rates. Others low balled the price of the plate, then asked exorbitant amount to ship. Walton's price was higher which I was willing to pay, but its shipping rate was honest. Thank you for that. Paul Kuntz

The customer service could have been a bit nicer in regards to working with me. I had a specific clip with specific measurements that I needed double checked and they said that they wouldn't compare it with their clips because the boxes are sealed. I understand having a sealed product. And perhaps it is my own problem. I just imagine an online shipping sales company might have a few product examples lying about. I bought the clips. We'll see how they come in. :)

When I received cheese, the styrofoam box was broke and the cheese and ice pack was ambient temperature. I then emailed Walton’s about the situation and Walton’s replied that the cheese would be ok, just to put in freezer. A good reply would of started with an apology and we’ll send you another package.

Great price, only would have liked an estimate on the delivery time. I am hoping economy is a week or less but there is not indication of how long the shipping time is estimated to be.
