The Willy’s snack stick spice is just the right taste. It has a little red pepper heat, but not too much. The packaging was good and we received our order in just a few days.

I had spent some time (several days) looking over their web site and watching videos. I was amazed at not only the depth of their product offerings, but the support and knowledge they provided. I placed my order and immediately received an email confirmation, then received a shipping notification 32 MINUTES LATER!!! This is a very well built, smooth operating machine. All serviceable part are available and shipping is fast. Stuffed 25lbs of snack sticks in about 40 min. This would have gone a little faster had the fat ratio been a little higher. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to maintain. What more could you ask for.

I definitely would give 5 stars here but your customer service is average. I asked for a catalog on multiple occasions before ordering anything and the response was I need to order items to get a catalog, so I ordered seasonings and when I received them there was No Catalog so I asked why, and I got an email saying there's an option to select a catalog when ordering which I was not told about before hand, so I was a bit *** burnt about that. Especially when the response from Walton's was pay the shipping and well send you one. unacceptable after purchasing items from you. I will say however the seasoning i ordered for sticks and bologna is the best seasoning Ive used, the sticks and bologna came out fantastic!! I will be ordering much more from these folks as they have it figured out!

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with online they flat out lie and deceive. Placed a 7 item 400 dollar order but it didn't ship so I made contact talked to Jonathan Haynes and he said that company policy no orders ship until all the items are available and one item was on backorder never had a company hold up the whole order for 1 item but they did. Well low and behold the order ships after about 3 weeks but when I receive it I am missing another item that shows backordered so was I lied to about an order doesn't ship with a backorder, well reached out again and talked to Jonathan again seems they took it upon themselves to just cancel this item from the order without my knowledge and ship the remainder what a piece of crap deceiving company, will not deal with these scammers there are other companies that can deliver the same products.

Pricing, customer service and delivery were very good. The drawings in the manual and operational instructions for the sausage tubes are not clear.

I have tried several brands of tape to secure freezer paper. This tape works great, holds very well and is reasonably priced.

Our order was rather large items plus smaller items. Everything came at one time and the smaller items were protected well for shipping. I do have to say that I ordered 2 cans of the Duck Fat Spray and was disappointed that there was no pressure in the can to spray it out, it only dripped out after vigorous shaking.

In the past had great service, however this last purchase had an error and was told i should just order again. Not knowing how quickly the error would be fixed or how. I made another purchase online. So I had another charge and 2 products because by the time I knew about the solution everything was shipped.
