Don't much care for how high temp cheese is shipped. ALL other places I've ordered from ships with dry ice, as hot and humid as it is now there's no call to ship a cheese of any kind without ice Called customer service, all they can do is read from a script how it's safe to do so.

You also say, “We don’t take back seasonings”. Not at all publicized like your other slogan. No matter if it was purchased last Thursday, unopened, during a very mild spring: meaning “no extreme heat or cold”. No reason you should not take it back. It is company policy. Since I am trying these spices to see how I like them, I guess I will try somewhere else.

Easy to use

I swear I turned around and the order was here. It is crazy how fast they ship. Picked up a set of those silicone egg shaped suffer flushers. I can't wait to give them a try and I'll let you know how it went. Hopefully that will mean more sausage in the casing where I want it. Love all the seasonings that I have tried as well. Again, faster than a liberal with a compliant. You all rock!

Your casings are top notch! Prior to this, I used another brand that has tough, chewy casings. Your's are perfect, and the pretubed casings are so easy to use!

I am always able to get what I need in a timely manner, but the shipping costs is outrageous for what you get. Boxes falling apart and food products mixed with cleaning gallons. In one box I received contained, a gallon of white oil 2 packages of wood chips, 12 pumps for gallon jugs, and 2 five pound packages of high temp cheese. The box was falling apart, some of the pumps were crushed, and one of the bags of wood ships was burst open so everything inside had filth all over it. Like I said it’s in a pinch.

One of my best purchases ever! I had the 25lb mixer before which I bought in a local store, it broke the third time we used it and was really hard to turn the handle. The new purchase 50lb mixer was a breeze, it mixed the meat with very little effort. I am waiting for the meat grinder I want to go on sale that will hook up to the mixer.

Overall very happy with my experience using Walton. My only feedback is to provide some sort of free shipping threshold as the shipping charges are high and I would purchase more frequently if the shipping charges weren’t so high.

Speed Hog casings came in great condition and still cold which is very good. The product is high quality and very easy to clean off. Also, extremely easy to put on to sausage stuffer. Will buy again.

We made snack sticks using the 19mm smoke collagen casings with elk meat it was excellent. Will do again
