I tried brand new kind of sausage for ne and bought new casing. It work good I will buy it again.

The gambrel has a simple elegant design that makes it easy to use and cleans up well. I process some wild game and if a hunter forgets to make an incision for the gambrel the slightly pointy design makes it easy to poke through and hang the game without using a knife. Also it seems fairly heavy duty and I’m hoping it will last for many years to come.

Great products at a fair price. The 30lb electric sausage stuffer worked fantastic for its first run for me. We did 75lbs of summer sausage and the casings from Walton's work well also.

Better shipping, because the USPS is not doing to hot. I live in St. Louis. My package was mailed, it took 2 days to get to st. louis. No big deal, then it went to Greenville south Carolina, then on to Cincinnati OH, before making it back to St. Louis. 4 to 5 days later. Did not arrive in time for me to make the summer sausage i was planning on making.

First time making sausage. I ordered the Blue Ribbon bratwurst seasoning and natural hog casings. My ordered arrived quickly and the seasoning was outstanding. My family loves them.

Paid extra for expedited shipping and when I called was informed that it was up to usps to get it to me and it was late. Cheese was fine.

Walton's are prompt to get the items ordered out to the customer.

I've been ordering Victinox knives from Waltons for years. I've found women especially like the 5 and 7 inch chef styles, and I find the 5 inch to be especially useful for certain kitchen tasks. My order arrived quickly, even with the Christmas rush.

All deer season we make summer sausage and jerky. We go through spices, vacuum bags, and high temp cheese. I don't mess with any other websites because Walton's has it all and makes it easy. The entire process makes me believe Walton's cares and wants their shoppers to become customers.

Have been ordering high temperature cheese for the past several years. Used the cheese in deer, antelope, and elk and it enhances the taste for the sausage and patties. The cheese does not cook out of the meat. Will continue to order from Walton’s and recommend their products to everyone that asks about the cheese.

These 19 mm casings were great to work with and they were shipped out in a very timely fashion. Have a great bite to the casings.

All of the seasoning packets were good tasting. Our favorite was the supreme Italian pizza bratwurst seasoning with the added hi-temp mozzarella cheese. It taste pretty close to pizza. The hot dog and bologna seasoning was good as well and very easy to make as our first time making the large 4.5” bologna.

The delivery of my order was very fast! I like the 50 pound capacity of the mixer so I don’t have to worry about the typical 25 pound batch overloading the mixer. It appears to be very sturdy and I expect to get many years of use out of it!
