Excellent service

Screwfix did not stock Concrete Screws 6 x 75mm, the length I have found ideal for stringing scrub and rose support wires on my stone walls. It was easier finding my sought for items on Tradefix website, Screwfix showed screws for wood mixed up with Concrete Screws, wasting my search time.

I purchased a few bits and pieces for a job but the courier being APC did not turn up when stated. So I rang Tradefix Direct and as usual they sorted it out by calling the Courier and arranged the delivery the next morning before 10am. This is supposed to be a trade company so timed deliveries are more important, and they always used to use DPC who are great, so it is a shame APC is now used as well as this will make me think twice. However Tradefix are a good reliable company, so I hope they keep it that way.

Very helpful when I rang them, I got the order wrong and they corrected it and refunded me the difference. Order came the next day. Very impressed. Would definitely use again and recommend.
