I have made the mistake of buying from suppliers like B&Q, homebase, screwfix and toolstation. I would have to say that this is the best site for screws and other items I have ever found. the site quality and prices are amazing.

Had a problem with their courier (FedEx) who gave a specific delivery date. We waited in all day, it never arrived with no apology or contact at all from them. I have nothing but praise for Tradefix Direct who were very easy to deal with especially Julie who after me contacting her sorted FedEx out very quickly getting it re-scheduled and then delivered bang on time.
