Excellent pricing and service!I was searching for bags for my candy & these were just right!

12 Oz. Kraft BagsFor the most part the 12 Oz. Bags are good. The only problem that I have is that I have come across some issues with the back of the bags being sealed. I have packaged the coffee and sealed the top only to have it spill out of the back of the bags. It is a waste of time and product to have this happen.Update: I received a call from my sales representative within hours of writing this review. They have offered to send me replacement packaging and are working with their quality control to make sure this doesn't happen anymore. Excellent customer service!!!

My experience has been very pleasant and satisfactory.The service our company received was extremely courteous, helpful, friendly, prompt, with occasional discounts which were most appreciated.

Overall Good Pricing and Decent ServiceWe've had a few quality issues, but nothing major. Unfortunately they don't carry the bags we are now moving to so we will be going elsewhere. Overall we've been happy though.

Would like to see smaller number of packaging bagsI like the options for coffee bags but would like to see smaller quantity for startup businesses or small roasters.

Wonderful productI've been doing business with PBFY for several years and have found them to be top notch...great product, customer service, shipping and pricing.

Worst experience with company in a longtimeI received a defective product. Before I could a replacement I had to talk to "Jimmie" who told me the item must have a defective timer. If he sent me a timer could I replace it? Well noooo. Finally got authorization for a replacement with the understanding they would send a call tag for defective item. All of the above happened in Nov and Dec. As of today, April 3, the item is still here on my porch packed and ready to ship. I refused the replacement as it took too long. I have never received my refund and I am tired of calling this sorry company.

Stand up pouchesI am looking for new packaging for my body scrubs and and body butter. The stand up pouches are a great alternative to jars. I hope to utilize for the Christmas Holiday season. I will keep you posted on they work out.

1/2 pound tin tie window bakery bags, White and Kraft (Brown)received sample of both tin tie window bakery/coffee bag. I'm excited to say I've order from several companies in the past but these by far are better. They are well made quality item, sturdy, I could find no flaws. Perfect for any business.

LousyI ordered packages 2 weeks ago. Not only have I not received them, they haven't even figured out how to charge my credit card for the packages even though I've called back and gave them the numbers again and/or a new card. Frustrating.

Bag ColorThe quality of the kraft bags we ordered was inferior. We moved to the rice paper bags that did not look at all color wise as the sample I was sent. Sent an email to Betty a while ago and still haven't heard back. Sorry guys but you're not the only company selling bags (thankfully). We won't be ordering again from you
