Awesome Bags!I've only ordered sample bags so far, but I'm very impressed with what they sent. I'm even more impressed with the customer service and follow-ups I've received since requesting the samples.When I order, it will be from PBFY.

Very good products, but too many faulty ones sometimes.I have been purchasing standup coffee pouches for the past two and a half years. Lately I have been getting too many that either have faulty zippers ordo not open at the bottom. That causes me not only to lose the bags, but also the labels that have been placed on them.

Shorted over 100 pouches so farSo far I've purchased 7,500 stand up pouches from PBFY and I've been shorted over 100 pouches so far (a loss rate of > 1%). I've sent PBFY a message but apparently they don't feel like a response is necessary. However, I believe a review is necessary to let others know that they don't bother checking the cases they receive from their Chinese factories, or if they do, then the shortage is acceptable.The 16 oz pouch counts are pretty close to the 500/case, but the 8 oz pouch counts of 1000/case are off by at least 10 pouches per case. The 1 oz pouch counts of 2000/case are also off, at least 25 to 30 per case. I also received a bad batch of 1 oz pouches where at least 40 of them were almost completely fused together. So in addition to the lack of counting capabilities by the Chinese workers (or the intentional shortage), there's little QA involved.I'll try one more order, but if the same problems persist, I'll be looking for another supplier.

The products that I ordered are as the samples I had received. They shipped in a timely manner from basically coast to coast.

Poor quality and worse customer serviceWe were provided incorrect product information by a PBFY customer service rep and then charged to return poor quality product that did not come close to meeting our clients' needs. Representing more than 600 past and present food and beverage clients as an executive packaging designer, I can only recommend providers of quality products with good customer service practices. I would not reccomend PBFY or their products to any of my clients.

Never have any problems with my ordersI order quite often for my business and have never run into a problem with this company. Wish shipping was faster but it comes from far away and I don't want to pay for 2 day or overnight so I use ground.

very mehMy only qualm with PBFY packaging is that the product that they ship doesn't always match the picture that is advertised (to me this is fairly basic and major). Then you want to return the item you have to pay for shipping both ways, and deal with the hassle of returning the product. I 100% recommend getting samples of everything you are thinking about purchasing from the site. If not you could be sorely disappointed

Quick Response and Great Follow upWe ordered two different kinds and sizes of bags. They were delivered in a timely manner and Mike followed up with us right away. There were 6 bags instead of the expected 10 count, which was still fine because they were not the size I will end up getting after all. When I'm ready to order quantity, I will use PBFY.

We recently experienced problems with sealing the bags from PBFY, due to misaligned seals but due to expediency and need, muscled through their use, which reduced our productivity. On the next order, we spoke with them personally and explained the situation. So far, the bags from the newest shipment are performing well, and we did receive follow-up contact from them to make sure they were in good order. It would have been nice of them to give us a discount on our later purchases due to inconvenience, but I imagine that would have happened only if we had complained earlier than we didi and offered to send the bad bags back. Unfortunately, due to orders, we didn't have time to research and source another company, nor were we inclined to sift through the entire box, and through each bundle of bags looking for the bad ones. Since they did follow up, we will continue using PBFY as our bag supplier.

There are issues with the way things are packed.I do not like the fact that the bags we ordered ended up a semi-chaotic mess in the box. Again. Even though we were assured this was not standard practice.We were also shorted a couple of bags in the order. I decided not to contact them for 3 bags out of a thousand, due to our last experience with contacting the company.Very frustrated and will be looking for another supplier for said bags.However, the bags themselves are quite functional, and are exactly what we need, which is why we came back a second time.... and why this is a three star review.
