Great service and high quality product. We have placed several orders now and PBFY has done a great job with each one.

I have had order processing issues twice. Both which I have placed the order, received confirmation of the order, and no other information given for 7-10 days. Both times I've called to find out the order was lost or did not process to the next step, internally. Customer service is always terrific when I call and they have offered to help by expediting the order overnight. But, I need to have some consistency and predicability on order turn around times before I can continue ordering supply from PBFY. Please provide me with any reassurance on this. Thanks!

Unfortunately I have not had a great experience. I place a small order on October 10th - the actual 'shopping' and navigation through your website was easy and straight forward - the selection and information was good and allowed for a good experience - As a Canadian I do try and keep my business in Country to cut down on shipping and duties, but your selection & pricing made your products more agreeable. I received purchase confirmation & an 'order complete' email - After two weeks I contacted your office by phone to inquire about estimated shipping time as two weeks seemed like too long for a couple packages from California - I was informed that something had gone wrong, and was offered a 10% discount or the option of cancelling. As this is the first time dealing with PBYF, I accepted the 10% discount and asked that the shipment be sent ASAP. That afternoon I received and email promotion offering everyone a 10% discount for a Blue day promotion - so very disappointed that my inconvenience was really not acknowledged. I received notifications that my order had been shipped UPS and was on the way - However it now seems like that shipment has gone astray in the UPS system - and although not directly PBYF's issue - UPS is your carrier of choice - UPS can not provide me with any further information other than 'in transit' and 'we take this very seriously' - I still do not have an ETA - the last 'scan' only showed the packages as holding for customs clearance. So now I am looking at one month + from date of purchase to receiving (possibly?) of my order. As a small home business this has been an immensely disappointing & costly first experience with your company.
