Outstanding products and never a problem till my last order when the wrong product was shipped. How they handled this problem was seemed like very disorganized. And they were more concerned about getting their product back than getting me the right product. Silly when the wrong product cost was probably less than the freight to ship it back. In the men time I waited an extra week to get the right stuff

Better photos that show true color, reflective qualities with all dimensions depicted on the bag would be helpful. Order process itself was good. I did not realize you carried sealers. You may want to enhance how your categories are displayed.

Experience was very good. I ordered without asking for samples. Suggest on new customers you ‘insist’ on sampling first. My error. An ability to pick a size under each bag type would be very helpful.

next time I will start with Micheal Simpson and not rely on the website. Order arrived wrong and it was time sensitive. When I relized the mistake it was a SATURDAY I had to wait till Monday and when the product finally shipped from PBFY the 2nd time - it arrived late Thursday night and I had left town at 2pm Thursday. So, like I said I will never use your website again.

I ordered the 12 oz stand up pouch (Kraft) along with a manual heat sealer. There was a mix-up with my order, which was immediately rectified by a customer service representative. I have not used the heat sealer yet but the bags seem to be of good quality. I do wish the bag was a true 12-ounce bag as it easily holds a full 16 ounces, which makes the bag seem over-sized and/or under-filled. As it stands, I may need to seek another option for my application and hope to find a use for these bags in the future.

The product is great! The shopping experience not so much. It took several attempt and phone calls to finally get the order placed. There were several glitches in the system. At One point it wanted to charge me $700 for shipping! Because it took so long for my orders to be placed it pushed me past 2pm for shipping and my order had to go out the following day! I finally had to place my order in two separate check outs for it to work!

Was told I had "reached my limit" on coupon codes. What?? I was only using one code...not like I was trying to use multiple codes. The coupons were why I used you guys. The coupon codes made you cheaper than the competition. Guess I will have to shop elsewhere!

Do not buy anything from PBFY if you are an international customer! Not only is their shipping atrociously over priced, I had to pay custom broker fees on top of custom duty fees. In fact, I still haven’t even received the parcel I ordered. Hopefully, I won’t have to pay more than the extra $150 I have already paid on top of the charges for my package from PBFY.

am very unhappy with the bags I have. Originally when ordering bags I wanted a replacement for the bags I had already been using, while on the site the bags I originally ordered were shown as bags made to store Jerky.  Being a company that specializes in this product I expect that the bags would be good for jerky. They were not at all large enough or easy to use. I exchanged them for a larger size, these are also not good for Jerky. I have had to order product from the company I had used before and cannot use the bags I have. I need this issue resolved. I have included the info about the bags I am using, I need to know if there is a comparable bag and how to exchange what I have already if there is. If not then I have no choice except to return the bags for a refund.  Michelle Cochrane

The product itself is good. I hope that they are not affected by the trade conflicts that are being imposed. On the downside UPS levies an expensive brokerage fee that is many times more than the USPS charges. Perhaps the increase in the import minimus will greatly diminish this problem. It remains to be seen how the GST will be collected.

Product came as described. Selected 3 day shipping from TN. When I received order confirmation it showed ground shipping from CA and didn’t arrive in timeframe needed. I called the number but there was nothing they could do. It would be helpful to know before I place an order if a product isn’t available in the timeframe and price indicated at checkout.

Numbers were not exact missing .5% Then received 40 extract bags that were not ordered of a different type and no valve. Great quality in general.

I am trying to run a business, and it's a pain to have to keep track of discount coupon codes and schedule my orders by them. If you can afford to give 10% off, just give me a business account and let me have the 10% off so I can manage my purchases.

Ordering was easy but there was a several day delay in getting the confirmation email. I had to call customer service for them to send an order confirmation email. It's tough to run a roaster/cafe when you have to followup with your packaging vendor to check if an order is placed...

THe reason i give 3 stars is due to to previous emails trying to purchase 2000 backs with the service your company offers on printing. It was almost impossible to get a follow up for this matter. I bought finally from you due to the discount and because your competition was bit more expensive. I got the bags and i am happy with the quality of it. This was a try order, we see how it goes next time around. Hope this comments helps. I am too a business owner.

perfect, everything as described

The bag size is now smaller than my previous purchase even though is is still labeled as a 4 ounce bag. It is the same width but not as tall which now takes 2-3 times longer to be able to get it zipped shut. The bag quality and durability had diminished significantly to its current flimsy state. When introducing a new product the old one should continued to be offered and the differences explained to the customer and let them make the choice as to what they want. P.S. you need to have your web developer make forms like this user friendly which it is far from being. I cannot imagine attempting this on anything smaller than my current iPhone 8+. Even with my big screen most people would have given up before completing one sentence. Dwayne Loberg
