I'm a loan advisor for a car dealership, I recommend my customers to go to Open Road Lending all the time. Although I do not have a loan with them none of my customers have ever called me back complaining. I've assumed from that they were happy with the service they received. I should probably apply for a job there's not a day that goes by I'm not recommending customers to go there. I have faith in that I just applied hoping to be apart of the family as well.

I got a car loan with them. Jan my representative lied to me. They put a warranty on there and told me it was GAP insurance & it wasnt. I totaled my car & found out it wasn’t GAP. It was some kind of bullshit Warranty that only gave me $500. I’m upside down $3200 and the company realized they made a mistake and told me people make mistakes every day and try to settle for $1000. Worst company ever.

They literally harassed me, sending me multiple letters about refinancing my loan, just to decline the application. I was hesitant to even fill it out, because I've never done something like this. I think it's ridiculous to "prequalify" someone, continuously send them letters, just to then decline their application, which I'm sure hit my credit score. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding support n customer service

I responded to an inquiry from OpenRoad lending regarding refinancing my vehicle. My representative was Doug Ferreri. After I had submitted all the requested paperwork, I was told that my insurance deductible needed to be lowered in order to qualify for the loan. As a result, the my total vehicle payments, including insurance, increased by $100 per month, which was more than the refinancing would lower the payment. When I informed Doug about this, he encouraged me to verify the increase in insurance payment and get back to him and we would “go from there.” Once verified, I reached back out to Doug and received no response. At this point, I have reached out four times via email and telephone, and have heard nothing back. Prior to the last email, Doug was contacting me incessantly, and now absolutely nothing. This is incredibly disrespectful and inappropriate business conduct. All I can say is I am very glad that I did not end up doing business with this company.

STAY AWAY FROM COMPANY! Worst company that lies and scams you. Was told I was preapproved for double the amount the final payment was for. Each time I talked to someone the amount of savings I was told was cut by $10-$25 each time going down to half the amount of the original. Then on top of that they tell you that you are given a complimentary dent removal service for small dents. Which they then charge you for. I pay $2000 a year in insurance, I do not need to pay for some crap dent repair I was told was complimentary. I lost over a year of payments I made just to save a tiny amount, half than what I was told and then was scammed and lied to about about free services that they then tack onto your payment so they can make even more money. You lose valuable payments you make, take a hard credit hit only to save a small portion of what you are told at the beginning. They are a lying scammy company.
