Easy process I’m happy in saving money

Excellent customer service…

For the most part Open Road made refinancing My car easy. There was some work that I had to do but it was not difficult. There was some confusion on the interest amount we started out at 16% and I was told 19% and, in the end, it was 20.4%. I still saved 4% and about $40 a month. It is yet to be seen how difficult Open Road will make it to pay them my last company needed extra money to pay by phone.

At first I was only giving you4 stars but I changed my mind and made it 5 the reason for that was I would keep getting texts for the same stuff over and over. Other then that it was good.

Was not a good experience. I called in on a Friday to get my loan details as instructed by the email/website. I don’t remember the reps name but he was having computer issues and said he would call me Back later that day. I ever heard back from him. I called in again the following week. I was first told that I could refinance for a shorter term and $100 less than my current payment. When I was called back I was told the shorter term was denied as it would be more than I paid on my current loan. This left me very confused at I was told a lower payment earlier. I still have ended up refinancing as the interest rate would go down. I just would not be able to get a shorter term. I completed all paperwork and dropped it off at FedEx. I was then contacted by a manager to inform me the forms were sent to me incorrectly and I would need to sign the new set and return to FedEx within 2 days. I shared my experience with him and that I was not happy. He said he would send me a gift card to make up for the issues. It was a low dollar I think around $10. I have yet to receive anything.

It was quite an experience! As much as my expectations were high to drastically reduce my monthly payment, however, I got an improved payment process that was worth it over my previous payment process.

At times I was confused by the process, due to multiple emails. I also had to change my representative with your firm, as my first representative appears to have left the company. After that things went smoothly. So, unfortunately, a 4 rather than a 5.

It was a fairly easy process. They worked with me to get the length of contract I wanted. However, they seemed careless when handling the paperwork. Had to redo it 3 times for various reasons 2 of them being mistakes on their part. Other than that they were good.

When I applied, at Openroadlending was alright at the Beginning, but after all Document where done, my load increased more than the KIA OPTIMA, has a value of 10,600.00. Now the loan is up to 26, thousands Dollars, This is what I was not expecting. At first they tolled me that the loan amount would be the as 17, thousands Dollars and remain the same range as to original loan. but it detente.

I did not like the of only online I prefer person to person to verify my ID I had to take a photo of my ID my hands shake so the AI kept asking for a clearer picture 😭 other than that everything has been fine ty openroad

I would totally recommend this company they were amazing throughout the whole process. Quick responding to any questions that I had. The only thing I would suggest if you decide to use this company is to go with their notary it’s free and it will stop you from making any mistakes like I did.
