I'm still in the learning process that is the reason for 4 stars. IF I'm outside and accidental bump the button-their is no way T can hit reset on the monitor to cancel the call. So far I'm very pleased with the equipment. I love the range it gives me more freedom. Another BIG plus I'm in my own home.

During the process of ordering my medical care alert, I made a mistake in my email address. When I could not figure out how to correct it myself, I contacted medical care alert via email. I was surprised that within 10 minutes I received a call and the representative was extremely friendly and helpful. She corrected my email as we were on the phone and when I hung up the change was already made. I have also contacted your company by phone and found a similar experience. I would say your customer service ranks at the top.

The base was much too loud so someone at your office helped me turn it down. I live in an older building without enough wall outlets so I set mine up in an extension strip, which did not work. I had to search for an accessible wall outlet which did work. The ones behind the fridge and the piano were not available.

Wish there was an amplifier on little device so easier to hear. Unhappy that new device took so long to be sent After 1 pm call, 2 day mail turned into 6 days. Other than that services are great.

It seems to be working well, just wish it was a little lighter weight. The original lanyard opened twice by itself and you sent me a areplacement which is working but I don’t have full confidence that it won’t open by itself again, especially when I am away from home.

We purchased this system for my now 96 year old mother. She never wanted to wear the pendant & was annoyed by it. She liked previous system that had a wrist band for the alert. Over the past couple of years she has not been using it much. My brother is now living with her & she almost never gets out. I thought it wss a good system.

Excellent care interns of quick phone responses. Fortunately I didn’t need an emergency alert. I wished that the pendant was smaller. If it had been, I would have worn it all the time. Instead, I constantly wore the Bedside Buddy. Its range did not extend very far in my house, rendering it almost useless, but also the Buddy’s cloth band broke twice. Thank you for your service.

I recently purchased a MCA Elite pendant for my mother. I was very, very impressed with the level of knowlege displayed by the sales rep, Debbie, and with her patience and willingness to answer all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Unfortunately my mother went into the hospital within days of receiving her pendant and now she can not be left alone, so I can't speak to the quality of the pendant or the call service. Customer service helped me with the return and eventually MCA refunded most of the purchase price. That process seemed excessively slow. High marks for customer service though. The MCA reps are so efficient and helpful. Great people!

one thing I feel should be changed is to have the pacemaker notice more visible as at very start of your presentation. Then one could call Dr. and see if alright before going any further. I did not see the notice until I had already ordered and received the kit.. As it turned out he said it would be ok to wear. Bill Timberman A ten likely.

My experience was good but not extraordinary. If I had a complaint, it would be how long it took to receive the partial refund (nearly 60 days from the notification date). Still, I appreciate that there was a refund. I didn't think to ask for that, as I made the notification the day after my mother died. The refund took my experience from a 3-star to a 4-star review (and my likely recommendation from a 7 to a 9).

I was a little disappointed to find that the communication is through the base station only and not the pendant. Mom is hard of hearing so when in another room it concerns me a bit. also, I was told the kit would include pendant and wrist buttons but only the pendant was included. Set up and testing were simple and operators very courteous.
