Great service. Got new necklace buttons and programmed them. The only problem was one lady who spoke very rapidly and made it difficult to hear and process what she was saying

I never had a emergency but every time I dropped my device they responded quickly and very kind.
The wearer fell between to cars and the pendant could not reach the base station. Kind of self explanatory, blockage by car body of radio signal.

I had to return it due to our family situation. I have knocked off 2 stars because there is absolutely no excuse for taking a month to process a refund AFTER the return was received. You just open the box and check it. If everything is returned as new, that should take 2 minutes to check it then how long does a refund to the card take. The service itself seems fine but we didnt get to really use it.
You were VERY responsive and helpful and especially understanding when talking with my 94 year old dad. Him wearing your fall button allows me to sleep at night. Thank you.

I like it but I'm a little confused with having to have two separate buttons, one for house and one when I travel or just go down the block. Also having to test them once a week is a little trying.
Medical Care Alert is easy to work with, they get their equipment to you fast and they make it very easy to get everything set up in the home.

I found that the device did not always work and other times it was quite a bother. It was recommended to me to get an Apple Watch with a fall detection and GPS that is water proof. I did and found less costly also.
MCA customer service dept is always excellent!
Everything went great. It was decided that I needed new batteries. They were sent out immediately and as soon as I got them , I sent the old ones back,in the prepaid pkg.
The response was exactly as the beginning instructions said. The response voice was clear and entirely audible. So far, so good.

My experience has been positive.
I have had almost all wonderful experiences with Medical Care Alert. The people who answer the phone whenever my device goes off, to a person, have all been very professional, but also very kind and 'warm.' They make you feel safe and reassured, even when it's a false alarm (which, for me, is all that I've had. I'm a rather active 74 year old lady and live on a farm and have a garden, so mine often goes off when I'm working outside. It even goes off sometimes when I stand up from using the bathroom. (I think it has a 'hair trigger, but it gives me reassurance that it will go off if I ever have a real emergency. The people who 'work in the office' have been consistently helpful and friendly as well. My only quibble is that the wristband on my Bedtime Buddy arrived WAY too big. It might have fit a sumo wrestler. I was able to make it fit by folding it in two places and using a big safety pin to make it small enough to fit. I have found that I can make my own band just by buying a pack of Velcro fasteners at the craft/sewing area at WalMart (comes in several different colors with a slot to secure the small end of the homemade 'wristband.' I called to see if I could clip off the original Sumo Wrestler band and replace it with the Velcro from WalMart. I was told that if I did, I would have to pay for the device because it would have been tampered with. So I still have the Sumo wristband with my Velcro one that fits underneath the Sumo. (Are they going to re-use the Sumo length wristband on another customer when it gets sent back after I'm done with it? I don't think anyone would want a frayed, stained wristband!---Now that's the ONLY problem I've had! They have bent over backward to let me try the newest emergency button (which wouldn't work for me) and did not complain when I sent it back. Other than the Sumo Wrestler wristband and my effort to fix it so that it fits my wrist, I have not had a single problem. I think it's a great company with wonderful people on the phones and in the office, and it works in all 50 states. I can press the button if I'm in a city and get frightened, thinking I might be being followed, or if I think there's someone trying to get into the house, or if I see a fire, and know that there will be someone there to get help, and with the GPS they can locate where I am without my trying to remember my address or location.
My Mom accidently activated the device. She said that the responder was very nice and asked her several times if she was OK. Very satisfied with the service.

I received a phone call that Medical Alert got a message of a battery problem with my system. It was explained to me the step to correct the problem. I a few days I received my new bracelet and necklace. I followed the simple instructions which I performed and was back to normal. Very pleased with my Medical Care Alert system.
I had an excellent experience. The person I talked with knew the product and gave me answers to all my questions. I felt like you had the services I wanted and Deb was able to explain them in detail. I already recommended you and the Margaret is now wearing your product.
I found the service to be operationally good. If I did something to initiate a call I received a response with minutes. My criticism is two fold. First the annual cost is very expensive. Second, MCA has failed to keep up with technology. My i-phone 4 has made my MCA service obsolete. The watch with wi-fi and cell service does more at a lessor cost without a distance limitation of 400 feet from the base unit. For somebody home bound and not technology proficient the MCA program has merit. Al Voegele

Everything was excellent, but one pretty major thing knocked my rating down to 3 Stars -- Specifically, one of the subscriber names on the account is incorrect. It should be SARAH NELSON, not Sharon Nelson. That's pretty major. I discovered that error on 10/15/18 and I asked that it be corrected to SARAH NELSON at that time. As of yesterday 10/21/18 it was still incorrect. Not good. UPDATE: Kudos to your team for responding so quickly to this review! The name issue has been corrected. Thanks so much for your prompt attention and concern. Rating upgraded to 5 Stars. :)

I was very impressed with Loti. She really helped me figure out what I needed, and made the whole process of signing up easy. I have my alert button now and am wearing it religiosity and charge it every night. I have replaced the black cord with a cheap gold looking chain so it looks more “fashionable “! Product enhanced our sense of safety. We liked that we could use it in our Minnesota home but then also take it for use for 3 months in Florida.
The only problem I have is that it takes a little bit of time for them to answer the call It's a very easy system to set up no landline needed can move it if you have to anywhere in your home
Thank goodness I have Medi Alert! I have fallen very often and they are right there on the microphone. The service is outstanding and everyone is so nice! It gives me such piece of mind to always have it. Especially since I added the “fall” feature. It works every time.

I had no problem with the process except that it cost $25 to return the equipment and than I receive an email a few days later saying how did I like the process of returning with free shipping! Now I had to return the equipment cause my Dad passed away, so it wasn't like I was changing to another company. So I did not need this extra expense with all that I am dealing with now.

I activated the system by accident. Howver, everything worked well and the resonse time was excellent.
We have not needed to actively use our Medical Care Alert, but it gives us a feeling of security knowing that it is either right next to us or attached to one of our waist belts. Thank you :)

A few problems as the alarm went off for no reason. In one instance it went off while I was on the phone with a rep who was responding to another false alarm. Still frustrated when I get a message that it is shut off within an hour after I removed it from the charging base [it was there for three hours or more and the lights reflected that it was charged] Can't wait for your new model

Told me they would send instructions on what to do with the equipment. It was very informative, step by step which helped tremendously. Unable to find original box but packed everything in a regular box which worked. Only had 2?weeks from time if call which I felt was tight due to everything going on in our lives.
