Very helpful with knowledgeable staff. Had questions after arrival and assembly, one call answered them all. One of the rides I have gone on so far, 15 miles of ice, snow and mud, no problem. I've only charged the battery once in 50 miles. Still fully charged! good staying capacity.
Very much appreciate the professional manner in which the technician on the phone figured out the part correctly and had it on a UPS truck in 2 hours on a Friday afternoon. Installed and riding again by Tuesday !

The Forest Summit HT is a beast! It has TOO MUCH power. used it on elk hunts in CO and KY. Was able to throttle up 800' tall hills with no problem. When using pedal assist, the battery will last ages. I definitely recommend getting the fenders, which I didn't think about initial, but definitely needed if there is any mud. Overall, very happy with the bike.

I have had this bike going on 4 years now and I can firmly say this bike is a beast. I live in South Florida and strictly use this for hunting only. It gets ridden through the nasty of swamp buggy trails, cypress swamps, mud, sugar sand and anything else the Florida swamp has in store for it. Given my relentless riding with this bike, I have broken a lot of things. NONE of it to due with the quality of the bike, all due to riding through things that to simply put, bikes aren't meant for. This brings me to my next point to my 5 star experience, the M2S team has some of the best customer service I've experienced with a company in general. Today as I sit here writing this, I had contacted customer service to send me another part I had broken from this weekend and within 3 hours I had it ordered from them. You wont find a better quality bike for the price, matched with customer service on the market. Join the team, and never regret a second of it.

This all started with a neighbor that owns 4- m2s e-bikes . I decided to order one . Very easy and the staff is totally awesome!! I couldn’t believe that I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and received it on Friday the same week. Wow!! Also a great shipping company that communicated with me asking a time of delivery and letting me know when it should arrive. I am mediately opened up the box made sure everything was there that I knew of and started to build it . Extremely simple basically the handlebars ,the front tire , and the pedals. I made sure every single other screw was tight and that all took about an hour. I immediately put the batterie on charge. It must’ve been about half full so it charged in a few hours and I immediately slipped the battery in and took off for my maiden voyage. Extremely impressive. I rode 19 miles with an average speed of 20 miles an hour. I stayed in 10th gear the entire time and was pushing pretty hard. I took it to some extremely long hills up and down all on the road. Can’t wait to do some trails !! Surprisingly the battery level is at exactly 50% right now . After a full blast trip . Very impressive!! My e-bike is a forest ridge( FS ) I have made a few calls to m2s if they answer it’s awesome. If they don’t I get a call back in a few minutes or a few hours which to me is as perfect as possible!! I can’t say enough great things about these guys !!
I needed to replace the rear wheel on my Ultra FS after five years of pretty hard use. I contacted M2S and they got right on it and had new one on the way pronto! M2Shas been very helpful over the years with warranty and miscellaneous replacement parts needed to keep us on the trails. Thanks M2S!
Great Bikes and customer serves
Thing rips up to 20mph, very steady and practical, that is coming from a long time endurance mtb racer.
Custom support was helpful they did what they could do for me since I wasn’t close to their shop. My bike wouldn’t move and was throwing a 30 code (communication error) they sent me different parts to try out and it was eventually the control unit. I swapped it and the bike works good as new now. I really enjoy the bike I use it for bow hunting and it’s really quite and rugged. It’s a mechanical piece of equipment so problems of some kind are to be expected. Customer service from my experience was prompt and helpful. As soon as I wrote an email even after business hours they would email me back a response to my issue in as a little as 20-30 minutes. They can walk you through any problem with the bike that you have. They always get you to check simple things like connections or miss adjusted sensors before selling you any parts.
Too legit to quit. Maybe don't take it to a mountain bike park though. Still it can handle trails... first ride and I ran into a Stag, I literally caught up to the thing and it was panting. Not hunting though. Oh and that as a 30 mile ride, battery only went down 3/5

A thick, jagged branch got caught underneath with the bike up a little and ripped out the wires to that little rectangle device for pedal assist. The park came quickly. Everything went well. Thank you so much now I need some more parts.

This is my second bike from M2S Bikes. My first has been great. I ordered this for the full suspension. It really softens the bumps on the trails and is a blast to ride.

Phenomenal customer service. Ordered a bike that was out of stock, but supposed to be in stock and shipped in time for me to make an elk hunt out west. Shipping got delayed so they were able to offer me a replacement bike that was delivered in time for my hunt. Bike worked great in the mountains. It actually has too MUCH power. Sean was the person who helped me and he was terrific. He answered lots of questions and was able to get everything taken care of. Overall, probably one of the best customer service experiences I ever had.

Review: I currently own 7 ebikes. Ebike #1 was purchased in Oct.2017. Ebike #3 was my first M2S ebike(a 2018 model). It arrived at my front door on April 30, 2018. It was/is the 26” fat tire dual-suspension KUSH(model-now known as 750FS). It has 23,800 miles. Ebike #4 is my second M2S ebike (a 2019 model). It arrived at my front door July 11,2019. It was/is the 26” fat tire front suspension (aka a hard tail) R750. It has 15,950 miles. Ebike #7 is my third M2S wbike. It arrived at my front door October 20, 2023 (18 days ago). It is the 20” fat tire SCOUT CARGO ebike. It has 600 miles. Yes, I do ride my ebikes. All 3 of these fat tire beasts are equipped with the most excellent (and powerful)750w BAFANG rear hub motor. This motor has remained the same top-quality item for the past 6+ years (in my case). Each of my motors is just as powerful, and dependable, now as they were at mile 1. I could remove the motor core from the 2018 Kush and install it in the 2023 SCOUT CARGO (or vise-versa) and be confident that it would function just fine and dandy. You can't say that about any mid-drive ebike motor unit. Those type motors (mid-drive) continue to evolve at such a rapid rate that it will be difficult to even obtain parts a few years down the road. My M2S ebikes also utilize the Reention Dorado casing(style) battery. The 2018 and 2019 bikes used a 48volt 16ah unit. The 2023 bike uses a 48volt 20ah unit. And yes, they are all interchangeable. During the course of the past 6 years, I have learned some very harsh AND VERY EXPENSIVE ebike lessons-- to the tune of about $18,000. Learn from MY mistakes. Of my 7 ebikes, I consider ONLY these three M2S beasts to be worthy of the $$$ spent on them. When talking to potential ebike users/owners, I recommend ONLY the M2S brand of ebikes. Unfortunately, there are over 100 different companies selling ebikes nowadays- NOT a good thing. Here Today. Gone Tomorrow. Service after the sale?? FORGET ABOUT IT. You will be on your own. M2S, on the other hand..... In closing: I am 72 years old. Those of you who are of a certain age will know what I mean when I say that I consider M2S to be to ebikes what the “VOLVO” brand is to automobiles: The Very Best.. Quality.. Dependability.. Stealth.. Under The Radar.. Service that stands above the rest.. You will NOT regret buying an M2S ebike. Period.. Finally, in regards to the SCOUT CARGO: It's a real hoot. I am converting it into a “mini-Suburban”. I'm gonna carry all kinds of crap on it. Just because I can. Too much fun.

Customer service has been great. An inner tube blew out during initial assembly and a replacement tube was sent immediately. Also had some technical questions on changing the the electrical display from metric to imperial and they were addressed quickly. Have only ridden a few miles and so far very happy with performance on country roads and woodland trails. Very seldom had to go above level 2 for easy pedaling. Only minor issue is that since is apparently a rather new model, an owners manual was not yet available.
Recently bought the M2S All Terrain FS for hunting. Love the bike so far. Added gun/bow holders and a trailer hitch to pull my deer cart. Had a small issue with a part which was resolved quickly and new part received with simple replacement instructions. Wished I would have gotten this bike sooner!
Very happy with the bike so far. M2S was good to work with, and the bike was easy to set-up. I tested a few other e-bikes, but they were more expensive and didn't have the all-terrain features. Glad I chose M2S.
Ordered a bike online that showed in stock . Was told it wasn’t actually in stock and that the website was not correctly showing inventory . Took 3 1/2 weeks to get bike which was a bummer . All customer service interactions were very professional and timely . Other than the website inventory being incorrect and waiting so long to get the bike everything else was pleasant .

This has been a phenomenal purchase, I cannot get enough of riding this bike. I’ve had it for two weeks and all I really want to do is go for a bike ride because of family obligations. I only got a little bit of time but I have been taking rides every day, something I did not do with my old bike, even though I love my old bike.

Shopping was great I researched alot on m2s including reviews that are negative. The positives outweighs a few bad reviews I think. Thus far customer service has returned all my emails and the sales process went great. Website is very detailed and a wealth of information. Shipping by freight company made for convenience they were great and followed up, driver was extra helpful. I'm have a few fit issues but customer service seems to be able to diagnose my concerns 2000 miles away I thought my brakes were damaged in shipping, but maybe I need to reset the brake pistons as a customer service rep emailed to me including photos ( very helpful) and throttle concern. But must say support has been great. I will definitely recommend to friends

We are lucky to live near Asheville and were able to visit the physical shop the folks there were very helpful and answered all our questions about the various bikes and which ones would be appropriate for us based on our riding locations and usage levels. Amazing bike. The range is great, no complaints about the motor or battery, brakes do get hot pretty quickly but that's to be expected when the bike weight close to 80lbs. The pure throttle mode is very fun, I've gotten up to 31mph pedaling with the throttle adding to it. Overall, a solid purchase, would buy again.

it was a step thru with 27.5" rims and 3" tires. ALL GOOD except the battery charger overheats after 30 minutes and quits charging ! Please send me another CHARGER. On behalf of Tina Braun thanks in advance George Tuttle
