Amazing hair quality and the best on the market! ! Believe me I have tried them all from all of the top brands and none are a match to this virgin hair. The customer service is always excellent and go out of their way to please their customers… Or at least that is how I have experienced this company.

This is my 4th time ordering from you. I have been very satisfied with the hair quality. My problem this time is that the hair color blend that I typically order has been out of stock for at least a month if not more. I emailed about when it would be in stock and was told other colors would be in within a week but that my blend was not on that schedule and they never addressed when they thought my blend would be in stock. I waited as long as I could but then finally had to purchase the colors seperately which I was not as happy about since the blend that I get matched my color perfectly and in order to try and replicate that I would have needed to order 3 packs when I typically only order two. So I picked two of the shades you have in stock that were a part of the blended back I like. The quality is good but the color combination is just not the same as when I am able to order the blended pack which is more natural looking. I am not sure if I would order this again if the blended one isn’t in stock when I need to reorder.
