I haven’t installed it yet, but everything looks good . The color is good, just think I have to wash it with purple shampoo to get the last bit of yellow out of it as I like the ashy/white blonde.

I love the extensions only thing I wish is that they were 1 gram all the way to the ends.

I left an email and no one responded. In my order I had different amounts of hair to each "bundle". I thought there was always 50 strands to a bundle but some bundles I received as little as 42 strands! Why is this and why do you not return your emails? It is VERY hard to contact your company!!!! Very saddened....

Amazing! I have been wearing extensions for the past 15 to 20 Years and I have to say that these are the best I have ever had! The color, texture, and overall quality is far superb than any other. I rotate wearing I-tips for six months to clip-ins for six months and both are equally amazing!

I placed my first order with Lockes and Bonds about 3 months ago. I got the 26” custom tape in (4 packs). The hair came and I was so excited!! They are the softest extensions I’ve ever had. Now a few months later I had them moved up and they are in perfect condition. I think having the cuticle virgin hair made a big difference and was worth the extra money I will be able to use them again and again with a little trim. These are the only extensions I will ever order. Thanks for the beautiful hair!

When I came back my order was on my PO Box, and that was great! So I was able to keep my hair appoinment and instal my new extension. Packets are too little, I will need a 3rd packet. After I wash them I'll give a second feedback. Hair looks and feels great, I expect Locks and Bonds to be that company that I get my extension everytime from now on.

This hair is amazing!!!! I am extremely happy with my purchase thus far. I really like the bigger tabs locks and bonds uses. It makes for wonderful versatility. The only thing I am not fond of is the thickness of the tabs. I feel like they are a little too bulky and heavy. The hair is so amazing, I'd like the tabs to be the same quality. Otherwise, I am a happy customer.

My experience with L&B was excellent. They were very quick to respond when I had questions and once I placed my order it arrived the next day. The only think I found odd was the ends were taped way too much so I had to trim them because they looked stringy.

Best extensions ever???? I’ve tried so many different brands but I always go back to L&B. The hair is super soft and stays that way for a long time! My last purchase lasted about 6 months and it was still soft. The costumer service is also amazing! I got a bad batch once and they immediately gave me a refund to buy new hair. So happy with this brand:)

I used Hair from you guys for years now but no more last orders I was not happy with the hair!!! It just tangled up all the time and it’s ridiculously dry I don’t understand why because I was always happy with your tape hair .

I ordered 2 custom wefts of virgin 20" hair (100g each) in a mix of colors #8 and #10. The package arrived on time and as expected. The quality of the hair looked great, it is thick to the ends - definitely double drawn, also there was no smell to the hair which I have noticed with cheap hair in the past. I had them installed in three tracks using a braidless weft method where the weft is sewn into a row of micro-rings. I had them installed on Thursday and found them very soft, they didnt tangle at all and the ends didnt crimp or tangle while sleeping. I washed them for the first time yesterday, on Monday and I am VERY happy with the results. There was no shedding at all. They are not tangly and when wet had a very straight natural texture (I have had cheap extensions in the past and they always have a very curly natural texture). They were very easy to dry and style and remained in excellent condition after washing. I would highly recommend these extensions to anyone. They are by far the best extensions I've ever had. I hope with good care it means they will last me a long time. Thank you!

As for the quality of hair and communication with the company, 5 stars all day! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish the clips were less bulky, definitely not complaining, I will continue to order from this company, just something I wish was different. The hair looks great and is being put in tomorrow however the colour that arrived with the darker roots and blonde ends is lighter than the image on the website and the darker colour doesn’t stretch down as much as it does in the images on the website. It should still be a good enough match but it’s quite a difference and not just lighting used for the website. The hair quality is always great though so it won’t deter me from ordering more. Thank you

I had my extensions put in and they came back out so I had to go get them redone again. Then I also noticed that they were frizzy course texture also... and no I did not put heat to it.
